    On the first day of starting the work, access will be needed from 8am onwards until about 4pm. The remainder of the work will be at various times throughout the rest of the working period.

    Yes. If you do not wish to have the paint colour supplied with the replacement work then you may supply your own paint at your own cost.     No. If you have carried out an upgrade yourself or do not wish to be disturbed by the work for whatever reason then you do not have to have it done.
  6. questionDoes the kitchen / bathroom work cost me anything?
    No. You will not be charged for any of the work and rent will not increase with regard to either the kitchen or bathroom upgrades.
  7. questionI work all day, what do I do about the work being carried out while I'm not present?
    You can feel safe in leaving a key to your home with the contractor or if you wish, with a neighbour. Keys left with the contractor can be done so with confidence and will be returned to you once the work is complete.
  8. questionI'd like to buy a new cooker / washing machine to go with the new kitchen, what do I do about getting it fitted?
    The contractor will gladly install your new appliance during the kitchen replacement. However, please notify them of your intentions to buy a new appliance before the work starts, preferably when the contractor comes to survey your kitchen and run through your colour options.
  9. questionI've already upgraded my bathroom / kitchen myself, am I entitled to any compensation?
    No. Any work you have done yourself to your own kitchen / bathroom is done at entirely your own cost. If you have recently installed your own kitchen / bathroom suite and prefer one from the range we offer then you are still entitled to have the work carried out.
  10. questionMy neighbour has more kitchen units than me, why?
    Each new kitchen layout is designed to give you the maximum amount of work surface and storage space. This, of course, varies according to the number of appliances you have and the shape of your kitchen.
  11. questionWhat do I do about my existing kitchen appliances?
    Nothing. Leave them where they are and the contractor will move them to a temporary location while the existing kitchen units are removed. The contractor will then install them back into the kitchen at the end of the first day.

    Please remove all personal items.
