Can I use my card to gain free entry to the Cathedral?
Sorry no, the cathedral issue their own cards for free entry to the cathedral. If you would like a cathedral card please apply in person for a form at Cathedral House, The Precincts, Canterbury .
How can I find out which businesses accept residents card?
Offers are listed in District Life the city council's free quarterly magazine and on this website. Where possible participating outlets will display our poster.

I used to get a list of offers and updates why do I no longer receive them?

My husband has a card do I need one too?
Cards are for individuals, not households. So please apply for every person over 18 years in your household. It is better for everyone to have their own otherwise you may find one of you is in the right place at the wrong time!
What date does my card expire?
The cards are valid indefinitely (i.e. till they fall apart or the scheme ends) although the offers change periodically.
Why can't my children have a card?
Offers are sometimes made by businesses such as licensed premises where it is not lawful to offer it to those under 18 years of age. Any offer specifically made for children always includes an adult e.g. Canterbury Roman Museum - Card holders and their children go free.
