There can be help for Landlords to bring back empty properties into use. Typically flats over shops or properties that are in disrepair and unoccupied. This help is made to Landlords via a grant which has conditions attached. One of these is to accept Nominations from our Homeless register.
Extra grant may also be available if the owner allows a Registered Social Landlord (formerly called a Housing Association) to manage the property on their behalf.
