There are circumstances where we will remove your application from the Register. When we do so we will write to you, explaining the reason.

The reasons we will remove your application are;

• Failing to renew your application. We ask you each year if you wish to remain on the Register.
  
• Not responding to correspondence from us, where we are seeking information from you.
  
• If you are no longer eligible to join the Register.
  
• Not wishing to move without a good reason.
