Overpayments happen when we have paid you too much Housing Benefit because your circumstances have changed, and there is less or no entitlement to Housing Benefit. This happens when you have had a change in financial or personal circumstances.
It is important to let us know when your circumstanaces change, you can get download a Change Of Circumstances Form or pick one up from any of our offices.
