If you are:
a full-time Student
do not have responsibility for a child/children
are under 60
are not deaf or disabled
your partner is a student
you will not not normally be eligible for Benefit.

If you are part of the eligible group of Students, we have to take into account any income you or your partner have. By law we also have to count income from student loans even if you have not taken out a loan.
