If you are already getting benefits and have started work, you must tell us immediately.

If you are receiving Income Support, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance or Income Related Employment and Support Allowance and would like to claim benefits while in work, please fill in our Change Of Income Form.

If you are not on one of the incomes mentioned above please fill in our Change Of Circumstances Form.

We will need you to provide proof of your earnings.

If you are working for an employer we will need:

If you are paid weekly, five consecutive pay slips.
