There are only a limited number of properties that do not have sufficient storage space for waste. The council acknowledges that it would be difficult to store the waste within their house for a period of two weeks.
Different coloured sacks will be issued to approved properties. Each property will be limited to the number of sacks they can put out for collection each week.
