Don't overfill your bin so that the lid will not shut. If you do, you may find your bin in the back of the refuse vehicle!
Don't put side waste next to your wheelie bin. It will not be taken except for the two weeks immediately after Christmas.
You can take any waste that won't fit into your grey-lidded wheelie bin to your nearest Kent County Council household waste recycling centre.
