If your registration has expired (i.e. the five years have elapsed), you will need to complete a registration form and send in a fee of £80. We will then visit the property and register it from the date of the visit.
If your registration has not expired (i.e. the five years have not elapsed), you will need to complete a registration form and send in a fee of £40. We will then visit the property and re-register it five years from the date of the previous registration.
