The Council has an agreement with the Energy Action Grants Agency (EAGA) for them to arrange and supervise all the work under the Keeping Warm in Winter Scheme. When your application is approved, the details are passed to EAGA who place an order with the right installer. Surveyors will visit to make sure the work has been done properly and the Council will pay the installer's bill at the end of the job. If there are any problems or if you are unhappy with the work please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do something to put matters right.
