If you sell the property within five years from the date of completion of works, you might be asked to repay all or some of the cost of the work.
If you are a tenant, you will not be expected to repay anything, provided the heating system is left in the property in proper working order.
If your landlord has agreed to let the property but ceases to do so within five years from the date the work was completed, s/he may be required to repay the assistance.
