If the applicant for Housing Assistance ceases to be the owner of the property before the works are complete he or she will be required to repay any assistance that has been paid.
If the applicant ceases to be the owner of the property within five years from the date of the completion of works, he or she may be required to repay all or some of assistance that has been paid.
If a landlord, having undertaken to let the property, ceases to let it in accordance with his undertaking within five years from the date the work was completed, he or she will be required to repay the assistance.
