If you have been issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) but believe that you should not pay the charge, you must write to the Parking Services office at the address on the reverse of the PCN, as soon as possible.
You should explain your mitigating circumstances and include as much information and evidence as possible. This will enable us to give a fair consideration to your case.
