If you think you should not pay and wish to challenge a Penalty Charge Notice;
a) Write to Parking Services, Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury, CT1 1YW.
If you challenge a PCN within 14 days and the challenge is rejected the Enforcement Authority will usually re-offer the 14 day discount period
b) E-mail parking.services@canterbury.gov.uk
c) Fax 01227 472803
Please quote the PCN Number, the vehicle registration and your address in all challenges. All cases will be considered on their individual circumstances.
