Frequently asked questions

If I write in, will the charge still increase from £30 to £60 after 14 days?

No. When a letter contesting a PCN is received, the case is put on hold. Therefore, provided that your letter is received within 14 days of the PCN being issued, the case will be on hold at the reduced sum of £30, whilst your case is considered. We will write to you with our decision.
