The centre offers a range of activities for all ages and abilities. Swimming is catered for in the centre's three pools, including a beach pool for family use.
The Dance Studio and the Mind and Body studio both offer a range of exciting classes to get you fit and if that doesn't work, then the Reflexions Fitness Studio with its array of hi-tec equipment and trained instructors or the separate Cycle Studio will.
The centre also boasts a crèche facility, multi-purpose sports hall, solarium and a cafè. New in 2005 was the addition of two meeting/party rooms and two self-contained health and beauty treatment rooms for hire.

As an international venue for roller skating events the Pier Sports Centre has a worldwide reputation, but there are numerous other activities at the centre for everyone to enjoy.
The Reflexions Fitness Studio is a superb facility to help you lose weight and get fit. The centre's Dance Studio has a variety of exercises classes suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. The centre also boasts a crèche facility, squash courts, Sports Hall facilities, a range of children's activities solarium and cafè.

This superb leisure pool offers the best in all round family entertainment, with 25 metre and teaching pools, beach area, bubble pool, water features, flume, solarium and spray tan facilities. Heron's also has a cafè which is open throughout the day for drinks and light snacks and to cater for our pool parties which are a speciality.

This facility has a 25 metre swimming pool, learner pool, lounge area and yet another superbly equipped Reflexions Fitness Studio. As with all our pools the timetable includes a comprehensive programme of swimming lessons, water fitness classes, fun sessions with an inflatable island, early morning, lunchtime and evening lane sessions, and much more.
