Halls for hire
There are three halls managed by us available for hire in the Canterbury district:
- Westgate Hall, Canterbury
- Guildhall, Canterbury
- Kings Hall, Herne Bay
Venues are also available to hire from other organisations in the district. These can be found on our Community Portal site:
Westgate Hall
The Westgate Hall is located in the heart of Canterbury, with ample parking nearby and only a short walk from the High Street.
The venue features one large main hall, suitable for wedding receptions, parties, dancing or exhibitions or conferences, along with two smaller rooms. A fully-equipped boardroom features a built-in projection screen, with projector and sound system - available from £140 a day excluding VAT.

The Guildhall is located off St Peter's Place, Canterbury and is only accessible on foot (access for wheelchair users is available).
