Street Scene and our contractor Serco, aim to continually improve our service to you. We respond to enquiries by giving advice, taking action to resolve problems and stop illegal activity where possible.

Stray dogs and dog fouling

We collect stray dogs and take them to a council approved kennel (between Monday to Friday only). To investigate dog fouling complaints and give fixed penalty notices to offenders.

Abandoned vehicles

We remove in conjunction with Kent County Council.

Clinical Waste

We collect waste sacks and sharps boxes are provided free to private households. We also remove discarded syringes found on public land.

We carry out regular inspections, cleaning and maintenance.
