Speak at a council meeting
In this section:
Speak at other committees
The changes in the law that allowed us to hold virtual committee meetings have expired. This means that nearly all meetings must be held in person again. Members of the public who want to speak at a meeting must also be there in person.
Ask to speak at other committees
Once the agenda is published, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01227 862 009, no later than 12:30pm the working day before the meeting.
You'll need to provide the following information:
- your name and email address or phone number
- the name of the agenda item you wish to speak to
- whether you're speaking on behalf of an organisation or group and the name of it if so
