Registering to manage your parking account online is simple, fast and secure and you can update your details at any time.

After a successful trial in four car parks, we are rolling out automatic number plate registration (ANPR) in even more car parks.
It means you'll only ever pay for what you use - and what's more, you'll never need to visit a payment machine again!
Your registered card will be charged automatically when you exit the car park, based on your length of stay and the tariff of that car park.
Because we're using a different system to the one we used in the trial you will need to sign up for a new account to use it.Register now
You'll be able to use your online account in the following car parks straight away:
- Pound Lane
- St Radigunds
- Millers Field
- Watling Street
- Gorrell Tank
- Middle Wall
- William Street
- and our Park and Ride sites.
We're busy rolling out our other car parks, and your account will automatically work in those as soon as they are live.View car parks that can be used with your account
When you register for automatic payments you will be able to enter and exit our ANPR car parks without having to visit a parking kiosk.
Your registered card will be charged when you exit the car park, based on your length of stay and the tariff of that car park.
Any payments will show on your account from 9am the day after you use the car park - for example, if you park at 1pm on Wednesday, it will show on your account from 9am on Thursday.View car parks and tariff information
If you have a Blue Badge, you can get three hours of free parking in any of our new ANPR car parks, excluding the Park and Ride sites. You will need to register your badge against your online account in order for the discount to be applied. You will still need to display your Blue Badge when parking in an ANPR car park.
You can change your registered vehicles as many times as you like (for example, if friends or family drive you at different times) but you can only have two registered at any one time.
Customers who have an account for our trial ticketless car park - Castle Street multi-storey - will still need to pay until it is switched over to the new scheme.Find out more
If your payment card has expired you can update your payment details using your online account.
If you try to exit the car park and your card has expired, you will be able to pay at the barrier.Update your payment details
You can disable automatic payments at any time. Simply login to your account, go to 'update your payment details' and select 'disable automatic payments'.Login to your account
