We hold records of local land charges. They don't cover all information that a paid for search would provide and are not publicly available.
To search the register you need to contact our local land charges team. They will reply to you within three working days, and make an appointment for you to come in and view the records on a public computer at our Canterbury offices. You'll be given an access code to view the register.
There is no limit to the number of addresses you can search but records are not available to print or save so you'll need to write down any details you want to keep.
