If you think rubbish has been dumped illegally in a public area then you can report it to us.
We're unable to collect:
- rubbish that has been dumped on private land, such as a farm field
- rubbish that has been dumped on a road with a speed of 40 miles per hour or more (please report these to Kent County Council)
At the moment, only flytipping that creates a health hazard is being picked up.
If we are able to collect it then we'll usually clear flytipping within 48 hours of it being reported.
If you see any waste that could cause immediate and serious danger, for example, discarded needles and syringes, please call Serco on 0800 0319 091 between 8.30am and 6pm. Outside of these hours you'll need to call our control room on 01227 781 879.
