Confirm your details on the electoral register

If you haven't returned your Household Enquiry form one of our canvassers may visit you between now and 4 November 2019 to confirm your details.

Every year, we use these forms to check our records and find out who is not currently registered to vote (known as an annual canvass). It's not a registration form but you do need to complete it.

Please confirm that your details are correct, or tell us about any changes below:

If your details have not changed, you can let us know by calling 0800 197 9871, or texting NOCHANGE followed by your individual security code to 80212. Standard network charges apply.

If nobody in your household is eligible to vote please include a reason for this after entering your security code - for example, empty property, business or second home.

Alternatively, you can complete the hard copy form and post it back in the envelope provided.

Invitation to Register form (ITR)

Once we have received the completed Household Enquiry forms, we will be sending those not registered to vote an ITR to complete.

It only takes five minutes to register to vote online. All you need is your National Insurance number and date of birth.

If you don't register when asked to by the Electoral Registration Officer, you could be fined. Find out more at Your Vote Matters.
