Business continuity

Business continuity is about having a plan to run your business in an emergency - for example, severe weather or a cyber attack - with as little disruption as possible. A plan includes:

  • identifying essential services and how to deliver them
  • coordinating people and tasks to be most effective and
  • minimising potential threats.
