Canterbury Dive Club

An experienced and friendly club who participate in diving around the Kent coast and further afield. Full training is available from BSAC trainers from basic snorkelling to dive leader.

Hampton Pier Yacht Club 

The club is a modern and well-equipped sports facility with a keen and active membership. There is a variety of sailing disciplines available within the club along with an active social scene. New members are always welcome.

Herne Bay Angling Association

The club holds over 40 beach and boat fishing competitions each year. It also has an active junior section. Visiting anglers are welcome to use the facilities.

Herne Bay Amateur Rowing Club

This is an active club with a junior section and a fun and lively social scene.

Herne Bay Sailing Club

A vibrant sailing club where members can sail at all states of the tide from its own slipway. Being a RYA and ONBOARD centre, focus is on sailing for the family, newcomers and especially the young.

A small friendly angling club based at ‘the red shelter’, west beach, Herne Bay.

Seasalter Sailing Club

The sailing season is between March and November around the Swale Estuary and Whitstable Bay. New members are always welcome. Extensive parking, camping and large club house.

Seasalter Ski Club

A friendly club with local facilities, situated on Faversham road, Seasalter, west of Whitstable.

Tankerton Bay Sailing Club

The club has direct access to the beach with its own dedicated launching slipway. The sea is within seven metres from the clubhouse. The club enjoys a variety of sailing activities and has a friendly atmosphere.

Whitstable Canoe Club

Based at the Whitstable Youth and Community Centre opposite the harbour. The club meets regularly at 10am on a Sunday for informal paddling, new members are always welcome from beginners to experts. Training can be arranged.

Whitstable Water-ski Club

Meet at the Waterfront Club. New members are welcome to join this friendly, lively and experienced club.

Whitstable Yacht Club

Sailing season is from March to December with a comprehensive dinghy, catamaran, cruising and windsurfing programme.

There is an active cadet section and sailing school. The club is open seven days a week.
