Challenge a Universal Credit decision
You need to challenge a Universal Credit decision through GOV.UK.
You can ask for your Universal Credit claim to be looked at again if:
- you think the office dealing with your claim has made a mistake or missed important evidence
- you disagree with the reasons for the decision
