Senior management structure
Find out who's in our senior management team and what they look after.
The day-to-day running of the council is overseen by our Joint Chief Executives, Peter Davies and Suzi Wakeham. They work in partnership with elected councillors to deliver services and develop council initiatives.
They are supported by three senior directors who have specific responsibility for council departments:
Marie Royle, Director of People - responsible for housing, homelessness, parking and environmental enforcement, consumer standards and health safety, community safety and CCTV.
Bill Hicks, Director of Place - responsible for planning, licensing, property, engineering, transport, commercial venues and environmental services.
Nicci Mills, Director of Finance and Procurement - responsible for the council's finances and contractual arrangements.
Under the Transparency Code we are required to publish an organisation chart covering staff in the top three levels of the organisation as well as details of their salaries.
