Bin collections in the hot weather
This week (beginning Monday 22 June) our crews will be going out earlier than normal to collect your bins. Please make sure they are out by 6am on your collection day.
Report flytipping
Report flytipping to us using our online form.
If you think rubbish has been dumped illegally in a public area then you can report it to us.
We're unable to collect:
- rubbish that has been dumped on private land, such as a farm field
- rubbish that has been dumped on a road with a speed of 40 miles per hour or more (please report these to Kent County Council)
If you see any waste that could cause immediate and serious danger, for example, discarded needles and syringes, please call us on 01227 862 000 between 8.45am and 5pm. Outside these hours you'll need to call our control room on 01227 781 879.
