Pay a parking fine
Parking fines paid within 14 days get a 50% discount on the amount shown.
To pay your parking fine online, you will need:
- Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number starting with 'CT' or 'KB'
- vehicle registration number
- a credit or debit card
You must wait 24 hours after the fine has been issued before trying to pay or view it online.
You can call 01227 862 427 to pay for a PCN using our automated payment service.
If you have a problem making a payment online, please wait until the next working day before calling 01227 862 429 to check the status of your fine.
Once you've paid your fine you cannot challenge it.
