Report benefit fraud

You can report someone you think is committing benefit fraud.

Benefit fraud is committed when someone:

  • intentionally does not report a change in circumstances
  • is dishonest in order to get benefits or discounts

You don't have to give your name and address when you report it if you don't want to.
