Donate or get rid of unwanted items

Find out where you can donate unwanted items or book a bulky waste collection.

Unwanted furniture and other items often end up being thrown away when most of them could have been donated and reused by someone in need.

Donate or recycle your items

If you can't donate or recycle them, you can get rid of unwanted items for free at your local tip.

You'll need to book a slot online before you visit.

Asking someone to take your items away

Your waste is your responsibility. If you pay for someone to get rid of it for you, you must make sure they're a licensed waste carrier.

You can check with the Environment Agency or LoveJunk to find a licensed carrier.
