How does a Lifeline alarm work?

A Lifeline alarm connects you to our emergency team at the push of a button, 24/7. You can also get equipment like fall detectors so that you or someone you know can stay safe and independent at home.

How much does a Lifeline alarm cost?

You’ll need different Lifeline equipment based on your needs. It’s free for us to install and then you pay a cost for the service per week, starting from as little as £3.84.

Call the customers services team on 01227 862 000 . Our phone lines are open between 8.45am to 5pm, during the week (excluding public holidays), and closed at weekends.

Visit the council
