Report tenancy fraud

We need your help to stop tenancy fraud (sometimes called social housing fraud).

If you think any of the following are happening in a council or housing association home then please report it to us:

• somebody living there has another home we don't know about
• someone has given false information in their housing or homeless application
• you believe a person rents out all or part of the property without permission
• tenants keep changing or you have seen someone collecting rent
• the property is being left empty

Reports are confidential and you don't have to tell us your name or address.
