Report tenancy fraud
Let us know if you think someone is committing tenancy fraud.
We need your help to stop tenancy fraud (sometimes called social housing fraud).
If you think any of the following are happening in a council or housing association home then please report it to us:
- somebody living there has another home we don't know about
- someone has given false information in their housing or homeless application
- you believe a person rents out all or part of the property without permission
- tenants keep changing or you have seen someone collecting rent
- the property is being left empty
Reports are confidential and you don't have to tell us your name or address.
