Bin collections in the hot weather
This week (beginning Monday 22 June) our crews will be going out earlier than normal to collect your bins. Please make sure they are out by 6am on your collection day.
Local code of governance
The local code of governance puts arrangements in place for the governance of the council.
We have to effectively manage risks and put in place proper arrangements for the governance of the council.
This governance framework is recorded in our local code of corporate governance, based on the ‘seven principles of good governance'.
The local code of governance is reviewed every year. It sets out the systems and processes that we have put in place.
