Report an accident involving your taxi
If your taxi's been in an accident you need to let us know.
If your hackney carriage or private hire vehicle has been involved in an accident you must tell us within three days of the incident.
You will need to include:
- vehicle details
- driver details
- date, time and location of the accident
- passenger details
The licensed vehicle will also need to be inspected by an authorised council officer.
