Minor development: development of 1-9 houses or flats floorspace up to 999 square metres changes of use up to 999 square metres shopfronts advertisements amendments to previously approved schemes discharge of conditions attached to permissions public art Air conditioning, ventilation and telecommunications equipment For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space.	£1,500 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice
Major development: development of 10-49 houses or flats floor space between 1,000 and 4,999 square metres For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space.	£5,250 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice
Large scale major development: development of 50 or more houses or flats floor space of 5,000 square metres or more For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space.	£7,494 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice
