We'll give you advice on:
- if your development is likely to be granted planning permission
- resolving any issues with your proposal
- how your proposal is affected by planning law and policies
- what else you might need to include

Advice fees

| Work to a listed building | £500 for a meeting and written advice |
| Changing or extending your home | £500 for a meeting and written advice |
| Development of 1-9 houses or flats | £1,250 for a meeting and written advice |
| Development of 10-49 houses or flats | £4,375 for a meeting and written advice |
| Development of 50 or more houses or flats | £6,245 for a meeting and written advice |
When you apply you will need to give us as much information on your proposal as possible.
You should include:
- draft drawings and plans
- photographs
- a draft design and access statement
