Our corporate leadership team oversee the day-to-day running of the council. The team meets on a regular basis to discuss council issues and plan and develop council initiatives. They work in partnership with elected councillors to deliver services.
Under the Transparency Code we are required to publish an organisation chart covering staff in the top three levels of the organisation as well as details of their salaries.
Tricia Marshall
Tricia is Head of Paid Service and Director of Corporate Services. Tricia has responsibility for the council’s finances and legal services, ensuring that it has robust financial plans and controls in place to support the delivery of council objectives.
Peter Davies
Peter is the Director of Strategy and Improvement. He looks after areas such as communications, policy, and digital, data and improvement.
Suzi Wakeham
Suzi is the Director of People and Place. This includes areas such as planning, housing, licensing, parking, transport, the environment and community safety.
