How can I submit an FOI request?
You can easily submit an FOI request online. It takes about five minutes.
Where can I see FOIs already answered?
Our FOI publication scheme has a lot of information that covers previously asked questions.
Why have you refused my FOI request?
We will refuse a request for a few reasons, including that the information isn’t available, it’s been destroyed because of retention policies or it’s exempt from the FOI scheme.
I'm not happy about an FOI decision or information - what can I do?
You can ask for an internal review if you’re not happy with our response to an FOI. You can contact us online to do this.
