Got a question?

How can I report a missed bin?

If we've missed your bin you'll be able to report it to us online. We'll let you know when it's been emptied.

Report a missed bin

Why can I not report my bin as missed?

We won’t come back for your bin if you didn’t put it out on time, if it was too heavy or not in the right place, or if you've put out black sacks or large bits of cardboard.

Why have you said my bin is contaminated?

Your bin is contaminated if you’ve put the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin. You'll need to sort the rubbish into the right bins before your next collection day - we won't come back for it before then.

Why didn't you take my black sacks?

We won’t take black sacks that are not in your black bin. If you don’t have enough space you can take your extra rubbish to the tip.

Why didn't you take my cardboard?

Your cardboard needs to be bundled up next to your bins, not loose in your red bin or box.
