Bin collections in the hot weather
From now until the end of July, our crews will be going out earlier than normal to collect your bins. Please make sure they are out by 6am on your collection day.
The Building Safety Act 2022
The buildings we own covered under the Building Safety Act 2022.
The Building Safety Act 2022 was introduced in April 2022 and sets out the requirements for buildings in England that are high risk.
An occupied property is high risk if it is over 18m in height or at least seven stories with at least two residential units. The act also sets out our duties as we are responsible for the buildings.
Our buildings include 1-27 Elizabeth House in Herne Bay, Margaret Court in Herne Bay and Windsor House in Whitstable.
