Current PSPOs in force

Find out how PSPOs prevent anti-social behaviour and see current ones.

Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) help to stop nuisance behaviour that affects the quality of life for other people. PSPOs bans people from doing certain activities in the area covered by the PSPO.

If people don't follow the rules of the PSPO, police officers and council enforcement officers can issue them with a fixed penalty notice of up to £100.
