Work to online forms and maps
We're doing some maintenance work this morning (Thursday 18 September) which means you will not be able to use our online forms or maps. We're sorry for any problems this might cause.
You can apply online to vote by post if you have a registered address.
Anyone registered to vote can apply for a postal vote. Your postal vote will be sent to you around 10 days before each election.
Under the Elections Act 2022, postal votes are valid for three years (not five years).
If your postal vote is due to expire, we'll contact you by email or letter to ask you to reapply.
If you get an email it will be sent from electoral.services.canterbury.city.council@notifications.service.gov.uk. Any replies to the email will show as going to electoral.services@canterbury.gov.uk.
You can reapply for your postal vote using the button on this page.
If you do not reapply, you'll need to vote in person at future elections. Find out more information on our newsroom.
