If you can't vote in person on election day you can ask someone to do it on your behalf. This is called a proxy vote.
You must give the reason that you can't vote in person when you apply.
To vote by proxy in the Womenswold Parish Council election, you must apply by 5pm on Wednesday 14 October 2025.
To vote by proxy in the Wincheap ward by-election, you must apply by 5pm on Wednesday 5 November 2025.
