Bin collections in the hot weather
From now until the end of July, our crews will be going out earlier than normal to collect your bins. Please make sure they are out by 6am on your collection day.
Buy a new bin or box
How to order a new or replacement bin or box for your waste.
If your bin was stolen, not there when you moved into a property or damaged by someone else, then you'll need to buy a new bin or box.
If your bin has been damaged during collection then your bin might be replaced for free.
We won't empty bins that haven't been bought from us as they can be easily damaged during collection.
