Make a complaint

If you're not happy with the service you've had you can make a complaint.

We want to provide a good service to everyone but things can go wrong. If this happens we want to know about it so that we can put it right and stop it from happening again.

Please do not make a complaint to tell us your bin has not been collected, as we will close it as a service request. You must report a missed bin instead.

What happens after you make a complaint

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days, and send you a formal reply within 10 working days of the acknowledgment. 

If you're not happy with our reply, you can ask for another member of staff to review your complaint. You must raise a Stage 2 complaint to do this.
