If you're not happy with the service you've had you can make a complaint.
We want to provide a good service to everyone but things can go wrong. If this happens we want to know about it so that we can put it right and stop it from happening again.
Please do not make a complaint if your bin has not been collected. You must report it as a missed bin instead.
