Power Cut 105 have lots of helpful advice about what to do in a power cut. You can also call them for free on 105 to report damage to electricity lines or substations.
No water
Sometimes water pipes can burst in very cold weather. If this happens you should contact your water company. You can find your supplier on Water UK.
